From the next major release, the current documentation will be located in the "/docs/current/" subdirectory. This makes it easier to provide canonical links to the latest version of the documentation (similar to how the main PostgreSQL documentation is organised). Once the following major release is available, the documentation will be moved to a subdirectory with the version number, e.g. "/docs/4.3/".

The 2ndQuadrant &repmgr; yum repository packages use the same definitions and file system layout as the

main PGDG repository.

Normally <application>yum</application> will prioritize the repository with the most recent &repmgr; version.

Once the PGDG repository has been updated, it doesn't matter which repository
|
|
the packages are installed from.

To ensure the 2ndQuadrant repository is always prioritised, install <literal>yum-plugin-priorities</literal>
|
|
and set the repository priorities accordingly.

To install a specific package version, execute <command>yum --showduplicates list</command>

for the package in question:
