autofailover_quick_setup.rst: Replace 'server used for witness'
With 'witness server' in most places. When defining the nodes, I went with 'server used as a witness', since '**witness** is the hostname ... of the witness server' sounded like a tautology. The longer phrasing isn't really any different, but it sounds better to me ;).
